New from Dean Guitars for 2009 this is the Vendetta Resurrection guitar, designed by Stephen. With the overwhelming success of Stephen’s Vendetta Revenge guitar design which was released in 2007, Dean Guitars asked Stephen to develop some new designs for their 2009 guitar line.

Enter the Vendetta Resurrection. The Resurrection is a sequel to the Vendetta Revenge, following the similar photo-realistic tattoo motif that Stephen established with the Revenge. The artwork for the Resurrection features a skull with barbed wire “crown of thorns” on a crucifix. The three railroad spikes behind the skull represent the three stigmata wounds from the crucifixion. The guitar body also features an abalone body binding and Stephen’s signature arrowhead V pearl neck inlays with skull and crossed daggers 12th fret inlay to finish off the look. The Resurrection artwork is also featured on the headstock.
